If you read this post or this post, you know that the kids and I have been having fun together in the kitchen this summer! The fun continued as the kids and I finally did make those Pumpkin Carriage Waffles from Madi's Disney cookbook. They must have been sprinkled by the Fairy Godmother's magic wand because they were so yummy the kids ate every single one before the day was over! I imagine they will be a fall favorite!
Madi and I also tried our hand at Corn Fritters from the cookbook Cook It Together that our friends gave us, and they were savory and yummy! I was the one who polished those off!
I think Madi wants to make Banana Pops next...I'll let you know how they turn out!
