Teach Me...

It is 7:30 a.m. and I am sitting in my green chair, sipping the last drops of a cup of coffee that is now cold, struck by an eleven word prayer from the Psalms that showed up in my 90 Days With John study earlier this morning.

Teach me to do Your will, for You are my God.

The first part of Psalm 143:10.  Eleven power packed words that can be challenging, convicting, even frightening to pray, but that I need to pray more often.

I don't know about you, but when I read and really ponder those words, I realize that I have a lot of learning yet to do.

So please teach me, Father.  It's not always easy to know and do Your will.  But I want to.  For You are my God.  And I love You.
